GREENOCK SHERIFF COURT
A GREENOCK man has been charged with breaching a bail order to stay away from a woman by sending her numerous text messages and a card.
John Elder, 39, is said to have committed the alleged offence over a period spanning three months between August and October last year.
Elder, of Maple Road, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Amy Spencer.
A trial has been scheduled for November 22.
