INVERCLYDE COUNCIL
PLANNERS have passed a shops development for the old Scottish Water site in Kilmacolm Road near Aberfoyle Road.
A convenience store and three small commercial units can now be built.
One of the smaller units will be a hot food takeway.
A car park with 22 spaces will be included.
Planners said the development would bring a vacant site, which currently 'detracts' from the area, back into productive use.
