A GROUNDBREAKING charity supporting vulnerable families with young children has been awarded new funding.
Homestart Inverclyde has been granted £104,000 by Inverclyde Council to run an early intervention scheme.
The money will help increase staff capacity and to recruit and train 15 new volunteers to mentor families.
It means that the project will be able to support 25 new families.
