A PORT Glasgow man charged with driving a car whilst more than six times the booze limit is set to stand trial.
Ryan O'Neill, 36, of Clune Brae, is said to have have 138mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath after being stopped by police on the town's Bouverie Street on December 30 last year.
He is further charged with resisting, obstructing and hindering two police officers by allegedly refusing to exit a white Mercedes convertible, tensing his arms and resisting arrest.
O'Neill has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Edel McGinty and the trial is due to take place this week.
