THE first snowfall of the year caused tricky conditions for motorists and pedestrians today.
A weather warning had been issued and most parts of Inverclyde awoke to some snow this morning, with areas on upper ground worst affected.
The wintry weather eased off rapidly but council bosses issued a warning of possible disruption to school transport.
