A PRISONER at Greenock jail has been charged with having unlawful possession of a 'personal communication device' in the form of a sim card.

Corey Craig, 27, is said to have been caught with the EE card on February 14 last year.

A plea of not guilty has been tendered on his behalf at the sheriff court by lawyer Aidan Gallagher.

The case is due to call again on April 19, ahead of a trial scheduled for May 18.
