Greenock Sheriff Court
A PORT Glasgow man has been charged with stealing breakfast cereal and towels from the town's Aldi store.
Patrick Hemphill, 59, is said to have committed the alleged offence last November whilst on bail regarding two other criminal matters.
Hemphill, of Highholm Street, has pleaded not guilty at Greenock Sheriff Court through lawyer Ellen Macdonald, with the case due to call again in May.
