AN ARREST warrant has been issued for man charged with drug driving in Greenock after he failed to appear for his trial at the sheriff court.

Mohammed Omar Khan, 26, is said to have had 4.4 micrograms of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol — the psychoactive substance that produces the 'high' associated with cannabis — per litre of blood after being stopped by police on Dalrymple Street in August 2020.

The legal limit it 2mcg.

Khan, whose address was not given in court, is also charged with possession of cannabis.
