AN ARREST warrant has been issued for a man charged with shoplifting in Greenock's Oak Mall after he failed to appear for his trial at the sheriff court.
Craig Bell, 43, whose address was not given in court, is accused of stealing a quantity of goods from the Bargain Buys store in November 2020.
