INVERCLYDE Royal bosses have hailed nurses on the frontline at the hospital.
To mark International Nurses Day, Karen Bryce joined her colleagues across the hospital to share their experiences on the wards and their love of the profession.
Karen, from Gourock, said: "The most rewarding part of the job is meeting patients, getting to know them and working together to provide safe and effective care."
Angela O’Neill, health board deputy director of nursing, said: “Our nursing colleagues are an inspiration to us all and provide the very best in patient-centred compassionate care, every hour of every day.
"I’m incredibly grateful for their care and commitment.”
