A GREENOCK man charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards his ex-partner has been ordered to stay away from the woman by a sheriff.
James Coyle, 29, is accused of shouting and swearing at her on the A78 near the site of the former Inverkip Power Station in March.
Coyle, of Auchendarroch Street in Greenock, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher, with the case due to call again in July.
