RANKIN Park Bowling Club is hosting a plant giveaway.
It will be held on Saturday May 28 and people can collect a free planter, seeds and herbs for the summer.
They will also get the opportunity to walk to the nearby new Drying Green community garden
behind South West Library, where there will be entertainment including live music - and tips on how to make the most of your new herbs.
