The roadworks will commence at the end of this month
DISRUPTION is expected for an additional week between the Woodhall and Langbank roundabouts on the A8.
Amey had originally scheduled the essential maintenance to last from May 8 to June 11, with initial work taking place overnight before moving to a 24-hour operation.
But the firm has now extended the date for the work's conclusion to June 18.
The additional week of work will see lane closures as work is completed on new anti-skid measures and the re-erection of central reservation barriers.
