Greenock Sheriff Court
A MAN charged with repeatedly ramming his car into the rear of another vehicle during an alleged dangerous driving incident on the A78 in Greenock has appeared in court to plead not guilty.
James Hainey, 34, is said to have rear-ended a Ford B-Max multiple times with his powerful Audi S3 Quattro on September 6 last year.
He is also accused of driving at excessive speed and swerving between lanes in close proximity to other vehicles.
Hainey, whose address was not given in court, is due to appear again on the matters on August 16.
