A DRUG driving accused Greenock man charged with twice being more than three-times the legal limit for cannabis has had his sheriff court trial postponed for a procedural reason.
Jordan O'Neill, 26, is accused of having 3.6mcg of THC — the psychoactive substance which is produced by cannabis — on August 7 and again on August 14 last year.
The legal limit is 2mcg.
He is said to have committed the alleged offences on High Street and Baker Street.
O'Neill, of Dalmally Street, has maintained pleas of not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The trial is now due to take place on September 15.
