LOCALS are in for a laugh as Scottish comedian Fred MacAulay makes a return to the Beacon later this month.
The stand-up comedian is visiting Inverclyde in the run-up to his show at the Edinburgh Fringe in August.
MacAulay says he is excited to get back on stage after lockdown saw a string of gigs cancelled.
He said: "It’s time to get back into theatres and halls for a bit of a laugh.”
MacAulay will perform at the Beacon on June 22 from 8pm.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.beaconartscentre.co.uk
