BUDDING poets have still got time to wax lyrical about the wonderful town of Gourock.
Children and people of all ages are invited to put pen to paper to celebrate the town's past, present and future.
The verse must be no longer than 20 lines and should be emailed to Reverend Teri Peterson, or dropped off at the manse in Barrhill Road.
Winners will be invited to read or have their work read at Gourock Garden Party on June 19.
Anyone interested in taking part can email tpeterson@churchofscotland.org.uk
