A LOCAL charity has stepped in to support the Gourock Garden Party on its return.
Children In Poverty Inverclyde donated £1,000 to help families enjoy the festivities this weekend.
Gourock Garden Party promises fun for all the family with community stalls, tearooms, barbeque, primary school choirs as well Clydeside Singers and Reely Jiggered.
Charity trustee John McGovern recently handed over a donation to organiser George Irvine.
