SHERIFF COURT GREENOCK
AN assault-accused Port man has breached a bail order to stay out of the street where the alleged attack is said to have taken place.
Anthony Cowan, 49 — charged with assaulting his partner to severe injury — was found at an address on Kelburn Terrace last weekend.
He was arrested in February on an allegation of seizing his partner, struggling with her and grabbing her mobile phone.
Cowan, of Robert Street, pleaded guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
Sentence has been deferred until August.
