A GREENOCK man charged with uttering a homophobic remark whilst allegedly shouting and swearing at police officers has had the case continued without plea for a second time at the sheriff court.
William Wade, 32, of John Wilson Street, was again absent from a calling of the matter last Friday and it is due to call for a third time on July 8.
