A SUSPECTED drink-driver charged with threatening police with violence and failing to provide breath samples for intoximeter analysis has had her trial at Greenock Sheriff Court postponed.

Anne Hudson, 58, had been due to have her case heard on Monday but it had to be adjourned for a procedural reason.

Hudson, whose address wasn't given in court, said to have committed the alleged offences en-route to, and within, Greenock police office on December 14 last year.

She maintained pleas of not guilty through lawyer Amy Spencer, with the matters now due to call again in October.
