AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Port Glasgow man charged causing a foul-mouthed disturbance and police assault at his neighbour's flat.
Allan McIntosh, 26, failed to appear at the sheriff court for trial on the matters on Monday.
He is accused of repeatedly shouting, swearing and throwing household items around a property on Highholm Street on January 16.
Prosecutors say he also repeatedly kicked two male police officers on their bodies.
McIntosh, of Highholm Street, is also charged with breaching a night-time bail curfew and struggling with police.
