VOLUNTEERS in Inverclyde are being urged to sign up to support the UK's biggest food donation event.
The two local Tesco stores are working with the Trussell Trust and FareShare to recruit helpers for collection points in store from June 30-July 2.
During the food collection, customers will be asked to donate long-life food that can be used to help the area's most needy.
