A MAN is set to appear in court after allegedly robbing a taxi driver in Port Glasgow while armed with a 'bladed weapon'.
The 29-year-old was arrested in connection with the alleged offence, where a cash sum was taken.
It took place on John Wood Street at 2.40am on Sunday morning.
The accused is expected to appear in the dock at Greenock Sheriff Court later today.
