A MAN stole booze from Nicolson's Bar and committed a homophobic offence whilst subject to four sheriff court bail orders — and has been allowed bail again pending sentencing.
Patrick Donnachie, 41, was most recently allowed his liberty after appearing on a criminal charge on June 15.
He helped himself to alcohol and what has been described as an 'electronic device' at the pub on June 25.
Donnachie, of the Inverclyde Centre, later behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at Inverclyde Royal and uttered homophobic remarks.
He pleaded guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher and will be sentenced next month.
