Greenock Police Station.
POLICE arrested a 60-year-old man following a disturbance in Greenock which saw part of a busy road sealed off.
He was detained following an incident on Nelson Street which officers were called to at around 6pm on Wednesday.
Police cars blocked the road between its junctions with Newton Street and Finnart Street while the incident was dealt with.
The arrested man now faces prosecution.
