A GREENOCK couple accused of attacking people in a neighbouring flat in the east end of Greenock have had their sheriff court trial postponed.
Stephen Lang, 48, and Anne Marie Lever, 44, had been due to have their case heard this week but it had to be adjourned for a procedural reason.
Lang and Lever, of Belville Street, are accused of separately assaulting a man and a woman on December 21 of 2020.
Both have maintained pleas of not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The trial is now due to take place on November 8.
