A GREENOCK man charged with assaulting his neighbour is set to stand trial at the sheriff court.
David Welch, 47, of Lyle Street, is accused of punching the man on the head and repeatedly pushing him.
He has maintained a plea of not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher, with the case due to be heard on September 6.
