AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Greenock man charged with breaking into a flat in the town after he failed to appear at the sheriff court on the indictment matter.
Christopher Graham, 39, is accused of targeting the property on Regent Street and stealing valuables and cash between August 31 and September 1, 2020.
Graham, of Wren Road, is charged with stealing a quantity of boxes, two mobile phones, a wallet, bank cards, a bus pass and around £240.
Defence lawyer Gerry Keenan told the court on Tuesday: "I can offer no explanation for his absence."
The indictment against Graham has been 'preserved for following proceedings'.
