MORTON will welcome the return of a fans' favourite to Cappielow as a special guest.
John Maisano, who helped the club to its memorable Division 3 title win in 2003, now lives in his homeland of Australia but is coming back to Greenock for a visit this month.
The former midfielder will be guest of honour in the hospitality suite for Ton's cup clash against Ayr United on Thursday September 22.
