KIND bowlers delivered a four-figure sum to Ardgowan Hospice as the result of a club-wide fundraising drive.
Rankin Park members were delighted to present a £1,000 cheque to the local charity's representatives after holding various events to raise the four-figure sum.
The historic local club, which is celebrating its 100th year, raised part of the donation through a sportsman's dinner, organised by member Paul McElwee.
Guests at the well-attended event enjoyed entertainment from speakers such as Morton legend Andy Ritchie, legendary football commentator Archie MacPherson and current Ton manager Dougie Imrie.
Funds were also raised through a ladies day, which was arranged by the club's female president Julie Wishart.
