INVERCLYDE COUNCIL
LADY Alice Bowling Club have been awarded a grant by Inverclyde Council.
The club received a conditional award of £4,000 in the latest round of the local authority's Community Grants Fund.
The cash will go towards buying bowls for juniors and members of the public, as well as supporting greens maintenance, running costs, a new lawnmower and a self-propelled mower.
