A SUCCESSFUL Inverclyde businessman has been named in the King's New Year's Honours List.
Puneet Gupta, co-founder and chief executive officer of PG Paper, has been made an OBE for services to business, charity and the Scottish community.
The Kilmacolm businessman recently won a Special Award for Business Leadership at the Asian Achievers Awards in London.
Last year he was also named as a patron of the UK's leading veterans' mental health charity, Combat Stress, after championing the cause.
The Inverclyde man is also a director of Inverclyde Leisure and he frequently supports many local good causes.
His wife and co-founder of PG Paper Dr Poonam Gupta, was previously honoured with an OBE.
