A GREENOCK man has been charged with committing a domestically aggravated offence by allegedly stealing a rucksack and its contents on Valentine's Day.
David Wilson, 27, of Mearns Street, is said to have carried out the claimed theft at Lynedoch Street last month.
He has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Gerry Keenan at the sheriff court, with the case due to call again on June 20.
Wilson was granted bail on condition he does not approach or contact a named female.
