WEST BLACKHALL STREET GREENOCK
POLICE arrested a motorist after stopping a car on West Blackhall Street in Greenock town centre.
Officers say that the driver was found to be disqualified and had no insurance and was detained for taking the vehicle without consent.
A report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
