PEOPLE in Inverclyde aged 75 and over are set for their coronavirus spring vaccination.
NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde have begun the roll out of the booster jab for those in that age group, plus those with weakened immune systems.
People eligible will either be sent an appointment or details of how to book one.
Dr Emilia Crighton, public health director, said: “Research has shown that protection from the Covid-19 vaccine can fade over time and that is why it is essential for those who are most vulnerable to receive their spring booster."
