FREE digital skills courses are being offered at Inverclyde libraries as part of a five-week programme starting next month.

'Let’s Start IT' is an introduction to information technology for adults with no or little experience of using digital devices or the internet.

The drop-in sessions will offer support in using digital devices for the first time and participants can learn about the computer and its components, the internet and how to stay safe online.

Sessions will be held at:

  • Central Library, Greenock - Thursdays 12pm-12.45pm, May 4 - June 1
  • Gourock Library - Tuesdays 11am-12pm, May 2 - May 30
  • Kilmacolm Library - Tuesdays 3pm-4pm, May 2 - May 30
  • Port Glasgow Library - Tuesdays 11am-12pm, May 2 - May 30
  • South West Library, Greenock - Tuesdays 2pm-3pm, May 2 - May 30
