THERE was Coronation fun for all ages at Greenock Central Library on Saturday as families came together to mark the event.

Inverclyde Libraries invited residents along to take on a Coronation challenge in which little ones were tasked with building their own regal Lego designs.

The children could be creative in building a crown, palace, or carriage to celebrate King Charles III’s big day.

Parents and carers had the chance to get in on the fun too, crafting their own crowns and creating bunting using recycled materials.

Coronation activities also took place at sites across Inverclyde, including libraries in Port Glasgow, Gourock and Inverkip.
