INVERCLYDE commuters have faced a second consecutive morning of rail disruption today due to a signalling fault.

ScotRail services between Port Glasgow and Gourock were disrupted for a period this morning after also being affected for the same reason on Tuesday.

Trains between Glasgow Central and Gourock were affected from 7:30am, with services instead leaving from and terminating at Port Glasgow.

The route is now said to be running as normal. Live journey information is available on the ScotRail website.
