PLANS to build a two storey triangular house and garage on vacant site in Kilmacolm are being considered by Inverclyde Council.
Proposals have been lodged to create a four bedroom home and detached garage at land off the village's Gibson Lane.
Application documents state that sign off was previously received for the same design and was also renewed, but the permission has since lapsed.
The new home would have four bedrooms and a bathroom on its upper floor, with a kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet and snug on its ground floor.
