Pic1: River watchers have been treated to the sight of some stunning superyachts that have appeared off Inverclyde of late. This picture shows Rocinante and her support vessel Dapple inside James Watt Dock Marina. Another superyacht named Game Changer joined the two later in the day.

Pic2: Wemyss Bay butchers McCaskie's scooped another major award after being selected national winner of Butcher's Shop of the Year for the whole of the UK. I took this picture of McCaskie's owner Nigel Ovens as he told of his joy at being judged best of between 150 and 200 butchers' shops that entered the competition.

Pic4: Morton fans did their bit for charity by donating a whopping £1,800 to Children in Poverty Inverclyde. I took this pic of David McCluskey of supporters group Morton Club Together as he handed over the generous donation to George Wall of Children in Poverty Inverclyde.
