FORMER pupils of Greenock Academy have given a helping hand to Ardgowan Hospice.
Around 40 people who attended the Academy recently got together for a reunion.
They were celebrating 50 years since leaving school in 1973 and held a dinner at Gourock Golf Club, along with other activities.
A surplus of £250 from the events was kindly donated to the hospice, which has thanked the group for the kind gesture.
