GREENOCK'S picture house will celebrate National Cinema Day this weekend with a big discount on tickets.
Showings of classic and brand-new films will cost just £3 a ticket at the Waterfront Cinema this Saturday, September 2.
Tickets went on sale at 9am on Monday, August 28.
The local cinema will be showing Equalizer 3 (which is a premier), Theater Camp, Blue Beetle, and Haunted Mansion.
There are great options for children too, with screenings of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Disney100: Peter Pan, and Postman Pat: The Movie.
Big blockbusters Barbie and Oppenheimer will also be shown, with screenings at 2pm and 8pm for Barbie, while the Christopher Nolan hit will be shown at 4.30pm.
In total, there are nine different films to choose from throughout the day, shown from 11am to 8.15pm.
