Cancellations on Gourock-Dunoon ferry route due to 'technical issue' (Image: Tommy Bamford)
SEVERAL sailings between Gourock and Dunoon have been cancelled this morning due to an ‘ongoing technical issue’.
A number of CalMac's ferries on the route have been cancelled since 6am.
Sailings departing Gourock at 9:20am, 10:20am and 11:20am are affected, as well as those leaving Dunoon at 8:50am, 9:50am, 10:50am and 11:50am.
The ferry operator said the cancellations have been made to allow for further investigations into the issue.
An update on the rest of today’s services is to be provided at around noon.
