TWO popular Indian restaurants in Inverclyde have scooped prestigious industry honours.
The team at the Curry Lounge in Port Glasgow took the title of Best Indian Takeaway - West title at the Spice Awards in Glasgow on Monday night.
Staff at the Taj Mahal in Gourock were awarded a highly commended accolade in the same category.
The awards honour teams at Indian restaurants and takeaways across Scotland that go above and beyond for their customers and provide fantastic service.
Winners were revealed at a glittering bash at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Monday night.
