A BOWLING club right in the heart of Greenock held a hugely successful family fun day.
Lady Alice BC opened their doors and invited the community in for a day filled with fun and laughter.
By closing time the club had raised £4,500 which will help keep it going throughout the year.
Treasurer Jim Gallacher was thrilled by how it went.
He said: "We were a bit worried about repeating it after the huge success we had last year. but it was a really great day.
"Everyone had a really good time and it was lovely to see everyone coming through the doors.
"We had lots of support from the local community with stalls.
"The money we raised will help with the running of the club."
At the fete there were nearly 40 stalls.
It was also an action-packed affair, with football games and bowling activities, while a model digger was a big attraction with the youngsters.
There was also a chance for visitors to get up close to some fantastic birds of prey.
The club have thanked everyone who supported the event.
