GREENOCK Burns Club are inviting the public to join them for the unveiling of their new Coat of Arms by the Lord Lyon.
The Mother Club has had the Royal seal of approval for the new crest, which will be revealed this Thursday in the Tontine Hotel.
Senior vice president Isabel Lind said: "We want as many people as possible to come along and share the moment with us.
"The Burns Club is really focusing on reaching out to the community.
"I think Robert Burns would have approved of this approach.
"I think there has been a feeling in the past that the Burns Club is exclusive and we want to be inclusive."
The presentation takes place at the Tontine Hotel this Thursday at 7.30pm.
