GREENOCK Burns Club has arranged a special event as part of the Inverclyde Galoshans festival 2023.
The Galoshans Gathering on Wednesday October 25 at 5.30pm will offer a chance to visit the world’s oldest Burns Club’s exhibition and archive room at Custom House.
Then particpants will go on a 'spooky backstage tour' of the adjacent Beacon Arts Centre.
After it they will take a seat in front of the main stage for an evening of recitations of Burns poetry by members of the Mother Club, including piping, exploring Scots language and fun traditional Scottish games.
