PASSENGERS on the Gourock to Dunoon ferry crossing are facing a reduced service this morning because of a fault with MV Argyll Flyer.

It means there will be a reduced timetable with only one vessel covering until around 10am.

A CalMac spokesperson said: "Due to a technical issue, a single vessel timetable will operate."

The company later said the two vessel service would be restored by 9.50am.
