PLANNERS are considering a bid from a Gourock householder for a two-bedroom, two-storey outbuilding at their address.
The structure in the grounds of a property on Cloch Brae would have a garage on the ground floor and accommodation above.
The applicants say the the upper floor would be for a ‘granny flat’.
Inverclyde Council officials are now scrutinising the application.
